Since the launch of the Contributor Program, a considerable amount of time has elapsed, during which our dedicated Contributors have successfully crafted over 500 distinct assignments and pieces of work. As a testament to our program's effectiveness, the number of active Contributors has grown significantly, reaching an impressive count of 150 individuals.
The time to change is now, and we're glad you're part of that change! We are delighted to welcome new members and we would like to introduce you to the relaunch of the points system!
To make sure that our network is as decentralized as possible on the mainnet, we have designed the points system in a way that allows us to fairly value the contributions of each participant. This means that anyone with talents can receive their well-deserved reward for their meaningful contribution to TEN.
In the table above you can find the minimum and maximum number of points you can get for a particular work. The evaluating team members will confidently utilize these values while conducting evaluations.
The final score for translations and blog posts will be multiplied by the average satisfaction rate derived from the specific work. Excess limits cannot be trespassed, except as noted below. Graphic work as well as videos will be judged based on satisfaction rating. The calculation will be made according to the following formula:

<aside> 💡 In case you work in a team — the number of points for the work you have done will be increased by 30% and divided among all participants in the proportions they declare.
Twitter Thread — can get an engegement bonus, up to 100 points. The bonus is included in the maximum value of points for tweets.
Obscuro Labs reserves the right to make changes to the points table and add lines to it as necessary.
In case you want to create a large project (video, graphics, blog) alone or in a team, you must pre-approve it with us. Otherwise, Obscuro Labs. reserves the right to award as many points as it sees fit, and this decision will not be subject to appeal.
