Basic Principles

When assessing contributors work, we always take into account the effort they put in and the originality of their idea. We don't believe that assigning a fixed number of points to each type of task is fair, as it's impossible to adequately reward a difficult and complex text translation with the same amount of points as a short announcement published on our Discord.

That's why we don't have a rigid system when it comes to evaluating tasks. To get an idea of how your work will be scored, you can look through completed and rewarded tasks. If you want more detailed feedback, you can always reach out to a team member for a preliminary assessment of your idea and efforts. We're always open to having a conversation and providing our insights!

Challenging the Decision

We are also open to dialogue after evaluating any work. If you think that you were evaluated biased and assigned too few points, please submit your arguments to us in a detailed form and we will take the time to work with you in order to come to a consensus.

In any case, we strive to remain impartial when assessing contributors work and always strive to reach a fair agreement. We are confident that by working together, we can make sure everyone gets the recognition they deserve. As such, we are always open to feedback and further discussion.
